Discounted Group Breakfast Rate

Buffet breakfast is currently served daily from 6:00am to 10:00am in Harvest Buffet.

Accommodation Room Occupancy

Accommodation rooms at The Star Gold Coast can accommodate a maximum of either two (2) adults and two (2) children or three (3) adults. Please note at minimum one (1) adult must be staying in each accommodation room for the duration of the stay.

Triple Occupancy

A surcharge in the amount of $50.00 per room per night is applicable for triple occupancy or if a rollaway bed is required.

Cot pricing is complimentary at The Star Grand and $50.00 for the Star Residences.

Check in/out Time

Individual guest check-in time is from 3:00pm and check -out is 11:00am. All guests arriving before 3:00pm will be accommodation as rooms become available. Our Concierge can arrange to store luggage for those guests arriving early when rooms are unavailable.

Surety

Upon check-in all guests will be requested to provide a credit card for pre-authorisation for incidental charges incurred during their stay. The $100.00 pre-authorisation will be released by their financial institution 7-10 business days after check-out. Alternatively, a $200.00 refundable cash or EFTPOS bond will be required.

Credit Card Surcharge

Room accounts settled on check-in or check-out by credit card, including when the "credit' option is used on a debit card will incur a 0.8% credit card surcharge. Room accounts include items charged back to a room, such as dining and entertainment charges.

Relocation

The Client acknowledges that Tower 1 is a strata-titled property in which all apartments within Tower 1 are individually owned by private owners, with a number of apartments being managed by The Star Residences. At any time, third party sales agents may require access to an apartment for inspections and viewings for the potential sale of the apartment which may be occupied by you and your delegates. In such case, the Operators will use their best endeavours to avoid any ongoing disruption to you and your delegates during your stay in Tower 1. However, should the Operators be unable to avoid having to provide access to a third-party sales agent, and if the apartment is sold during a guest’s stay, the Operators reserve the right to relocate the affected guest(s) within 24 hours to a comparable room type.

Body Corporate Regulations and By-laws

Due to Body Corporate regulations, all apartments in Tower 1 require at least one occupant per apartment to be 18 years or older. This person is required to stay for the entire duration of the booking and will be held responsible for any incidental charges or damages to the room.
