In addition, guests of the Executive Deluxe Room, Club Suite, King Terrace Suite and Ocean Terrace Suite rooms also receive Executive Floor privileges. These include the following:
- Access to our Executive Lounge from 1PM to 7:30PM*
- Evening canapes and drinks, available from 5pm - 7pm in the Executive Lounge
- Breakfast per registered guest at Harvest Buffet from 6:30am - 10am

Guests must be over the age of 18 to enter the Executive Lounge. Only registered guests will have access to the lounge. Guests must be dressed in smart casual attire.
Executive Deluxe Rooms are non-smoking, however we do provide comfortable designated smoking areas throughout the property.

Room Configuration
Superior Deluxe and Executive Deluxe Rooms at the Star Grand are configured with either one king bed or two double beds. Room configurations are subject to availability and extended on a request only basis. Please do not specify bedding configuration in Registration Brochures as these are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. All rooms are non-smoking.
Discounted Group Breakfast Rate
Buffet breakfast is currently served daily from 6:00am to 10:00am in Harvest Buffet.
Accommodation Room Occupancy
Accommodation rooms at The Star Gold Coast can accommodate a maximum of either two (2) adults and two (2) children or three (3) adults. Please note at minimum one (1) adult must be staying in each accommodation room for the duration of the stay.
Triple Occupancy
A surcharge in the amount of $50.00 per room per night is applicable for triple occupancy or if a rollaway bed is required.
To advise the number of Children per room, there is a Special Requests area on the final page. A cot or rollaway can be added here. Alternatively please email The Star.
Cot pricing is complimentary at The Star Grand and $50.00 for the Star Residences.
Check in/out Time
Individual guest check-in time is from 3:00pm and check -out is 11:00am. All guests arriving before 3:00pm will be accommodation as rooms become available. Our Concierge can arrange to store luggage for those guests arriving early when rooms are unavailable.
Surety
Upon check-in all guests will be requested to provide a credit card for pre-authorisation for incidental charges incurred during their stay. The $100.00 pre-authorisation will be released by their financial institution 7-10 business days after check-out. Alternatively, a $200.00 refundable cash or EFTPOS bond will be required.
Credit Card Surcharge
Room accounts settled on check-in or check-out by credit card, including when the "credit' option is used on a debit card will incur a 0.8% credit card surcharge. Room accounts include items charged back to a room, such as dining and entertainment charges.
